If you use PayPal, your order will ship usually within 24 hours during regular business hours (except Saturdays) but, can take up to 2 business days to ship. If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check. We can ship from 1 of 4 warehouse locations in Florida, California, Virginia, & Louisana. So getting you the right product on time is our Mission.

All products sold by FloridaPoolSupplies .com carry a Full Manufacturer Warranty. The warranty is between the manufacturer and consumer not Alan Brooks Floridapoolsupplies.com. Although we will try to help you resolve any issues you may have. The consumer is responsible for submitting any and all claims to the Manufacturer. Any descriptions, claims and or installation instructions for all products on our website are those of the manufacturer. NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS AS WELL AS SOME OTHER ITEMS! EXCHANGES ONLY FOR THE IDENTICAL ITEM!

If you purchase a product and we find that the item you purchased is Out of Stock we will notify you by email letting you know that a item is Out of Stock and we will try to let you know when that item will be available, so if you desire, we will fill that Back Order as soon as it is available. If for any reason you cannot wait for that item we will gladly refund the complete amount including shipping cost within 5 business days(except Saturday).

Please inspect your Items purchased immediately upon receiving them for accuracy & any possible shipping damages. YOU MUST INSPECT & EVALUATE ITEMS ESPECIALLY HEATERS SHIPPED THRU COMMON CARRIER WHILE DELIVERY DRIVER IS PRESENT NOT AFTER HE LEAVES. All products purchased thru FloridaPoolSupplies.com may be returned for a refund, except for special orders only if the product has been unopened and not used at all. We cannot resell a item that has been opened, used, or even attempted to be installed. NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS AS WELL AS SOME OTHER ITEMS! EXCHANGES ONLY FOR THE IDENTICAL ITEM! You must notify FloridaPool Supplies.com within 5 days of reciept of your purchase with the intent to return any item. Returned items must be unused and in the original delivered state(unopened). You must then contact us at Sales@FloridaPoolSupplies.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA #). We will assign a RA # within 24 hours with all return shipping information, that must be attached with your return. Each RA# is good for One item and must match the item authorized for return. Each RA # is Valid for 10 Days from date issued(no exceptions). If deemed acceptable as a return, FloridaPoolSupplies.com will issue your refund due within 7 Business days (except Saturdays) after FloridaPoolSupplies.com receives the product..

You Must notify us immediately of cancellation via email to sales@FloridaPoolSupplies.com. It is our intent to ship all items within 24 hours, during regular business hours (except Saturdays) but can take up to 2 business days. If you cancel an order after your items has been shipped , the shipping charge to you and the return shipping charge back to us will be deducted from your product refund. A 15% restocking fee will also apply. Special orders are not able to be canceled.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
